Just in - we're really excited to announce that we are going to be doing 2 shows in Dec. with Pennywise at the House of Blues in Anaheim, CA. The shows will be on Dec. 14th & 15th.

Hey all!
We're back home now and getting ready for the upcoming shows in Japan and Australia later this month. Both Tokyo shows and the Yokohama F.A.D. show are now Sold Out and the shows in Nagoya and Osaka will most likely sell out as well - so be sure to get your tix soon if you want to go.
This will be our first appearance in Australia in 10 years of touring - so anyone who has ever wanted to see us there - here it is! We're looking forward to it and we'll see you there!
We'd like to thank everybody who came out to any of the shows on the West Coast August tour and we'd like to extend a huge thanks to The Lost City Angels, Bullets To Broadway and all of the bands who played with us. Much love!

NEWS FLASH: The shows in Puerto Rico have been moved to Fri. January 20th in Mayaguez at MAYAGUEZ CAFE and Sat. January 21st in San Juan at SAN JUAN CHATEAU. The guest bands will be posted here soon.
We will be playing RIOT FEST I at the CONGRESS THEATRE in Chicago on Nov. 4th along with The Lawrence Arms, Dead Kennedys, and Agent Orange. We are also currently in the final stages of putting together our U.S. East Coast and South tour for November. Dates, venues, and guest bands will be posted here as they come in - which will be very soon.

Hey everybody!
We've added some brand new items to the Merchandise page - so check them out. Also - we will be making a return to Puerto Rico for 2 shows December 16th and 17th. The Fri. show will be in San Juan at the SAN JUAN CHATEAU and the Sat. show will be in Mayaguez at the MAYAGUEZ CAFE. Check the Tour Dates for the details.
The band is in the process of setting up a tour of the East Coast and the South for Nov./Dec. Check back as the dates will be added as they are confirmed.

Well - it's Warped Tour time again and The Suicide Machines are confirmed, I repeat, are confirmed to play the main stage at the July 31st Detroit date. There has been some confusion concerning the advertising, etc. for this - but yes - we will most definitely be doing the show. This will be the only appearance we will be making on the tour this year.
After the Warped Tour show we will be embarking on a U.S. West Coast tour w/The Lost City Angels and Bullets To Broadway to be followed, in late Sept/early Oct., by a 5 date Japanese tour and a 5 date Australian tour. Also - we have a few East Coast shows coming up soon with the Adolescents and The Briggs in mid-July. Check the Tour Dates for all the details
"War Profiteering Is Killing Us All" is due to be released on Side One Dummy Records August 9th and on Bullion Records in Japan also on Aug. 9th. Stomp will be releasing the new one in Australia on August 8th. The Canadian release date will be August 9th and the scheduled release date for the UK and Europe is August 22nd. You can check out one of the brand new tracks "Capitalist Suicide" right here and if you're into My Space you can listen to the title track "War Profiteering Is Killing Us All" and "The Red Flag" on our new page there. Hey everybody!
Lots of news this month! We've set up a player so you should be hearing streaming audio from the new record. "Capitalist Suicide" is the current selection with a couple more new songs to be added soon.
Dates for the August U.S. Midwest/West Coast tour have now been posted and we are pleased to announce that the Lost City Angels and Bullets To Broadway (ex-members of the Teen Idols and current members of Rehasher) will be out and about with us.
The dates and venues for the Japan/Australia tour have also been posted. In addition to all of that we will be doing shows in Philadelphia, PA., Washington D.C., Atlanta, GA., and Jacksonville, FL. with the Adolescents in late July. A tour of the rest of the East, Canada and the South is being planned for November. Check the Tour Dates page for all the details.

Here's the latest. The Suicide Machines are closing in on completion of the new album at the Blasting Room in Ft. Collins, CO. The new record, which will be entitled "War Profiteering Is Killing Us All!" is slated to be released in the U.S. on Side One Dummy Records July 26th.
We will have a track listing posted here next month.

Also - some new show dates have been confirmed. We will be playing at CLUB SODA in Kalamazoo, MI. on Fri. May 6th followed by a show at the AGORA in Cleveland, OH. on Thurs. May 12th. A show at JAMESTOWN HALL in Saginaw, MI. will also be happening on Fri. June 17. A tour of the U.S. West Coast and Midwest is being planned for August and we will be doing dates in Japan and finally making our first appearance in Australia in late Sept/early Oct. All the specifics will be posted here in the coming months.

Hey everybody!
Yes - it's true - The Suicide Machines will be on the main stage at the Detroit WARPED TOUR 2005 show Sun, July 31st in Pontiac, MI. This will be the band's only appearance on the tour this time around. It hasn't been officially announced on the Warped Tour website as of yet - but, trust us, it's happening.

While we are in Ft. Collins, CO. recording next month we will be doing a show at the STARLIGHT on Fri. April 22nd. The ticket price will be $10 and the guest bands for the show will be announced soon.
Writing for the new record is coming along great and 2 new songs, Capsule & War Profiteering Is Killing Us All, were performed live at the BLIND PIG on March 2nd.

Hey all!
Since we had such a blast the last time we played there we've decided to do another show at the BLIND PIG in Ann Arbor, MI. The show is slated for Wed. March 2nd and the ticket price will be 10 bucks. Can't beat that. The guest bands will be LIFE SETS STRUGGLE and HALF THE BATTLE plus one more.
We've also scheduled a show for Sat. March 12th at the MACHINE SHOP in Flint, MI. This show will also be $10 and the guest bands will be THE SWELLERS, H8, INC. plus one more.

This past December we recorded a video with the guys from SCRAMBLED VISUAL www.scrambledvisual.com for the song "Keep It A Crime" off of a "Match And Some Gasoline", which is currently in the editing stages, and the 411 on the DVD that we postponed is that we've resumed work on it and it will be released on SIDE ONE DUMMY later this year as long as we don't run into any more obstacles.
As previously posted we'll be recording the the new album in April with Bill Stevenson at the Blasting Room in Ft. Collins, CO. and, as of now, we're looking at a July 2005 release.

Hey all!
The Suicide Machines are currently working on songs for a new record and doing a lot of touring. Coming soon - the band will be making a rare appearance in Ann Arbor, MI. at the BLIND PIG on 10/20 followed by shows in Grand Rapids, MI. at the INTERSECTION and Flint, MI. at 432 LOCAL. The band will be doing a show in Boston, MA. at AXIS on 10/28 and in New York, NY. at TRIBECA on 10/29. A show at Northern Michigan University in Marquette, MI. has been scheduled for 11/6 and for the rest of November the band will be making a return to Europe and the UK for 15 shows.

Hey everybody!
The Suicide Machines will be doing a whole bunch of shows from now until the end of the year. Most of the shows will be in the Midwest and on the East Coast - so all apologies if you live elsewhere in the country.
The band will also be making a return to Europe and the U.K. in November which will include 2 dates on the Eastpack Resistance Tour.
In the meantime the band will be working on new songs and a new album will be recorded, most likely in January, and released in Spring 2005.

The Suicide Machines are currently off the road and working on new songs. A few select U.S. Midwest and Canadian dates are being planned for September as well as a San Juan, Puerto Rico date slated for late August. We'll post the specifics here when they're closer to being confirmed. A new album will be recorded this fall and released early next year. Probably in January or February.

The Suicide Machines DVD is scheduled to be released Spring/Summer 2004 on SideOneDummy Records. It will feature live and other interesting footage spanning the career of the band and is going to be a must have for anybody that's into Suicide Machines.

Coming up - the band will be doing 2 shows in Puerto Rico (Ponce & San Juan) on Jan. 23rd and 24th followed by a 27 show tour of the UK and Europe in February. The 2003 Japan Tour was awesome and the Suicide Machines are now getting ready for the Vans Off The Wall Tour in November/December.
Thanks to all the bands that played with us on the Japan Tour - Potshot, Coquettish, 10 Feet, MU330, Choke Sleeper, Long Shot Party, Gelugugu, Gumx, Molmott, Stompin Bird, Lily, Quack, Regular Stance, and everybody else.
The Vans Tour will include dates with the Unseen, Avenged Sevenfold, TSOL, the Queers, Western Waste, Death By Stereo, Audio Karate, and others - so be there or be square.

The Suicide Machines will be making their return to the UK/Europe in February. Right now it's looking like there will be 12 or 13 dates in the UK and maybe 7 to 10 dates in Europe. All shows for the tour will be posted here as soon as they are confirmed.

Hey everybody! In the news - The Suicide Machines will be doing a ton of
touring from now until the end of the year in support of "A Match And Some Gasoline". The 10 date Japan Tour will be happening the first 2 weeks of October and will be followed by 26 dates on the Vans "Off The Wall" tour from 11/6 to 12/6 in the U.S. The Vans bill will include Avenged Sevenfold, TSOL, Death By Stereo, and Western Waste on the leg that Suicide Machines are playing. On Dec. 13th the band will be in Honolulu, HI. for the "Punk On A Rock" show at the Pipeline Cafe along with Tsunami Bomb, Drowning Adam, and others. The band will then wrap up the year with the annual Xmas show at Clutch Cargos at the end of December.

Hey everybody! The 2003 Warped Tour is now over and the Suicide Machines are back at home in Detroit! The tour was awesome and we had the extreme pleasure of being on it once again and getting the opportunity to play alongside a bunch of great bands everyday! The Suicide Machines/Potshot split CD EP will be released in Japan the last week of May. As of now this is a Japan only release on UK Project Records. It will probably be available in the U.S. as an import or for sale at a Suicide Machines show. As previously noted it will feature 2 songs from each band which will include a new song from each band and a cover of 1 of the other band's songs. Suicide Machines covers "Smile" and Potshot covers "Islands". The CD EP will feature artwork by Tokyo punk band Coquettish vocalist Hide Koyama.

3/15/03 - The Suicide Machines are currently in The Blasting Room recording the new album to be entitled "A Match And Some Gasoline". The new CD will feature 13 songs and will be released June 17th on SideOneDummy Records. The release of the new record will be followed by 43 dates in the U.S. and Canada on the Warped Tour. 12/15/02 - The 2002 Japanese Tour went awesome and the band is now back in the States preparing for the Annual Xmas show in Detroit. The show is at Clutch Cargo's in Pontiac on Sat., Dec. 28th w/Rise Against and Few And Far Between. Doors are early at 5:00 PM. Be there or be square and bring a friend! Recording plans at The Blasting Room are set for March 2003 and the release

The Suicide Machines have changed labels and are now on SideOneDummy Records. The next album will be recorded at The Blasting Room in Ft. Collins, CO. w/Bill Stevenson and should be out in the Spring of 2003. Plans for the rest of 2002 include a 5 date tour of Japan in mid-November and our annual Xmas show in Detroit.

Also - "The Least Worst of The Suicide Machines" comp. was released in September on Hollywood Records. It's definitely worth picking up as it contains songs off of our last 4 records and some unreleased material. 30 songs in all.
